The Seed Sowing Center houses the seed library, which includes vegetables and flower seeds, as well as a tool library, which has a small selection of gardening tools. The purpose of this seed sowing center is to help support sustainability in our community by supplying library cardholders with resources that they can use in their gardens.
About the Seed Sowing Center:
-Kits are available to PPLD resident cardholders
-Limit of one kit per barcode, per growing season
-Each kit contains eight packets of seeds, randomly selected based on inventory
Your seed sowing center kit order will be available to pick up at your selected library location Check-Out desk after approximately two business days.
Note that your pick-up date may vary because:
-Each library location has unique hours of operation
-Observed holiday closures
-Closed due to weather or emergencies
