Victor Ramon Mojica was born and raised in Manhattan, New York, but now lives in the Capital Region. He is an illustrator, cartoonist, writer, and publisher with his critically acclaimed comic book series eugenus®, The Next Step in Human Evolution, and children's book Captain CROSSBONES® in The Treasure Hunt.
