What is a StoryWalk®?

A StoryWalk® is a series of pages from a children’s book that tells a story as you stroll!

The Poughkeepsie Public Library District has created and installed several StoryWalks® all over the City and Town of Poughkeepsie. They’re free to enjoy for both local residents and visitors to the area.

The StoryWalk® Project was created by Anne Ferguson of Montpelier, VT and developed in collaboration with the Kellogg-Hubbard Library. Storywalk® is a registered service mark owned by Ms. Ferguson.
