Strba Teen Room
The Teen Room in the Adriance Memorial Public Library is a vibrant and welcoming space designed specifically for teenagers between the ages of 12 – 18. It features comfortable seating, study tables, and bookshelves stocked with young adult literature. The room is also equipped with computers and a printer for school projects and research. The Teen Room provides a safe and inclusive environment where teenagers can read, study, and connect with their peers.
Teen Room Access
Teens are required to sign in upon entry to the Teen Room. They are required to write their first and last names, age, time of entry, and library barcode number upon the sign-in sheet on the Teen Room reference desk. If a teen does not yet have a library card, we have Library Card Registration Forms on hand so that they may complete the form to receive a Teen Limited Library Card. If a teen does not have their library card on them when checking in, a librarian is available to help them.
