Author and aspiring homesteader, Lori lives in the Mid-Hudson Valley with her husband Jim, two sons, and nearly 2 dozen chickens. Lori is a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America, and SUNY alumna where she earned a MA in Business Policy Studies.
