Jackie is an award-winning and internationally translated children’s author with a master’s in counseling in Education. She has published over a dozen picture books including: THE GREEN UMBRELLA; THE BOY AND THE GORILLA, and EMPANADAS FOR EVERYONE. Jackie strives to write books that meet children where they are and reflect what they see in their mirrors.
