Update: 12/17/24 – 01/12/25:
If you are with a local organization and looking to book a room reservation, please email administration@poklib.org. After January 12, our usual process resumes with Dan Minunni at dminunni@poklib.org.
The Library District makes rooms available for public use on a first come, first served basis. However, all room reservation requests are subject to approval by the Library Director (or designee). Such approval is based on room availability and Library District needs (which take priority). Please note that demand for rooms is often very high. View our Public Use of Library District Meeting Rooms Policy here.
Requests should be made at least three (3) weeks in advance as approvals can take up to one week to process. AV support will not be available for room requests with less than one (1) weeks’ notice.
Indemnification forms and/or a certificate of liability insurance coverage listing the Library District as an additionally insured may be required.
For any room reservation, please have the following information ready:
- Preference of Adriance Memorial Library or Boardman Road Branch Library
- Name of the Group
- Purpose of the meeting
- Contact name, phone, and email
- Date/Time desired (we recommend having three choices picked)
- Number of expected attendees
- Room set-up style
- Audio Visual equipment required
