Kyra Teis is an author/illustrator of numerous picture books, including Klezmer (Kar-Ben Publishing), Todah (PJ Library Publishing), and The Magic Flute (Star Bright Books). She lives in Niskayuna, New York, and can be seen on weekends cheering wildly at her two daughters' soccer games and musical theatre productions.
