Carol was a passionate elementary school teacher for thirty-five years. Now retired, she is grateful that her writing allows her to continue communicating with children. Her two newest picture books are Some Daddies (Beaming Books), and Trucker Kid (Capstone). When Carol's not immersed in her writing life she might do yoga, biking or spend time with her grandson.
