For many of us, our books are like old friends, and we would never dream of selling them, but some of us find ourselves having acquired the library of a loved one (and our bookshelves are already full!), or are facing a move into smaller quarters.  When these situations arise, we want our books to go to the best homes.  Occasionally we find one in the stack that looks really OLD, and we start to wonder whether it might have some monetary value…
