Explore Oceans of Possibilities all summer long by signing up for our Summer Reading Challenge.

Children and teens can come to the library between June 27 – August 15  to sign up and receive a Summer Reading Kit (while supplies last) containing a tote bag, pencil, bookmark, and a reading log to use to track the time spent reading. When a log has been completed (all the spots are checked off), turn it into the library and get a small prize and earn one entry into the drawing for a grand prize. For every reading log turned in, you will earn one new entry towards the drawing – there is no limit to how many entries you can earn.

Reading logs must be turned in no later than Friday, August 19 to be entered into the grand prize drawing. The grand prize drawing will take place the following week and winners will be notified. You do not need to be present to win.

Throughout the summer, the Library District will be hosting special summer events (shown below) as well as our usual weekly programs.
