Albany County Tourism

Columbia County Tourism

Dutchess County Tourism

If our most popular pass to the Mid-Hudson Children’s Museum isn’t available, the museum offers Family Free Nights!

At Dia: Beacon Hudson Valley residents receive free admission on the last Sunday of each month. Additionally, City of Beacon residents (including the adjacent Hudson Valley communities of Chelsea, Fishkill, and Glenham) receive free admission to Dia:Beacon every Saturday and Sunday.

Located on the Vassar College campus, the Frances Lehman Loeb Art Center contains over 21,000 works of art and does not cost a thing to visit!

At 212 feet above water and 1.28 miles long, the Walkway Over the Hudson offers spectacular views of the Hudson River Valley and is FREE year-round, except during special events. Parking fees may apply, see website for details.

Ulster County Tourism

View, for free, the impression collection of art at the Samuel Dorsky Museum of Art at SUNY New Paltz.

Putnam County Tourism

Visit the Magazzino Italian Art museum dedicated to housing and widening public appreciation and education of Post-war and Contemporary Italian art. Admission is always free!

Visit the Tilly Foster Farm in Brewster to say hello to the animals or hike the grounds for free!

Orange County Tourism

Learn about the sport of harness racing at the Harness Racing Museum and Hall of Fame, which offers free admission!

Check out the West Point Museum, whose origins trace back to the American Revolution. The museum’s collection highlights the United States Military Academy, United States Army and history of Arms, and always free!

Westchester County Tourism

Admission is free on Wednesdays through Fridays at Stone Barns Agricultural Center

View a variety of animals and historic buildings at Muscoot Farm in Katonah, where admission is free.

Visit the Neuberger Museum of Art on the first Saturday of any month, when admission for all ages is free.

Rockland County Tourism

Visit the Edward Hopper House Museum on the first “Free Friday” of the month for gallery talks, receptions of their artist of the month.

From June – August, the Highland Foundation hosts Free Fun Fridays which provides visitors no-cost admission to many of the most treasured cultural venues in Massachusetts.
