Patrons with a valid Library Card (with no outstanding fines) can check out Museum Passes offering free admission to the below museums. Passes are available on a first-come, first-served basis. If you would like to reserve a pass for a specific day call the numbers listed below. If you cannot make the date you reserved please call and cancel your pass to allow others access to it.
The Mid-Hudson Children’s Museum is the ideal destination for families with children ages 0-6. They offer exhibits and educational programs that get kids moving, exploring, building, pretending, collaborating, creating and discovering.
A free, same-day pass to the Mid-Hudson Children’s Museum is good for 2 adults and all children under 18 in a single household.
Available for check-out in the Adriance Memorial Library Children’s Room Desk (2nd floor). Pass is available for pick-up during Library hours of operation only and should be returned the same day to the Children’s Room Desk. There is a 1$ per day late fee. The pass can be reserved or taken immediately if it is available. It is not valid for school groups or parties.

This pass provides free access for up to four adults (children are free) to the Museum that features special interactives, immersive audio‐visual theaters, and rarely seen artifacts that convey the dramatic story of the Roosevelt era.
Please note that this Museum Pass is only for the Museum. It does not provide access to the Presidential Library’s Archives or Research Room nor does it provide access to the National Park Service sites (Springwood/FDR Home, Top Cottage or Eleanor Roosevelt’s Valkill).
To reserve a FDR Museum pass, please call 845 485-3445 x 3702 with your requested date. Please have your library card number and e-mail address ready. Your pass will be emailed to you. If you do not have e-mail, you may pick up the pass at the Adriance Memorial Library Reference Desk during library hours.
