Photographer Claudia Gorman embraced photography as an art form about 40 years ago. She had worked as a veterinary technician, with an affinity for cats, and was drawn to photographing pets. The works being exhibited were shot with B/W film, then hand-colored in oil. On Thursday, April 13, at 5:30 pm, Claudia will host a ‘meet and greet’ event at the library where she will share a short talk on the tricky task of candid pet portraiture.
